At MEENT, our team is the reason that dental clinics, ophthalmic surgical centres, ENT departments, audiology booths, and primary care practices can trust our systems. We are not a large HR machine—we are a focused team that values competence, judgment, and a quiet commitment to getting things right.
From the start, we have cultivated a culture of technical rigour and practical wisdom. Our team comprises clinical specialists, service engineers, quality professionals, regulatory experts, and product managers—many with prior experience in specialty care or medical device fields. Hiring is based on depth of knowledge and sound judgment.
Headquartered in Shenzhen, our compact structure enables rapid decisions and clear accountability. Service and support extend across China and selected global markets through flexible partnerships. Training is continuous and covers product technology, electrical safety, radiation safety, laser safety, infection control, and customer communication. Professional development is actively supported, because a skilled team builds customer trust.
Our goal is fairness, clarity, and support. This is a place for solid work, genuine problem‑solving, and pride in products that help patients—without noise or exaggeration.
We recruit from medical device firms, specialty care units, dental schools, ophthalmic training programmes, audiology programmes, biomedical engineering programmes, and related fields. Candidates must possess technical skill and sound clinical judgment—they understand that a diagnostic image or an acoustic waveform guides a clinical decision. New hires follow a structured onboarding path, including shadowing and a clear progression from junior to senior roles. Promotion from within is preferred.
Work in clinical settings can be demanding. Service engineers have on‑call duties, but schedules are planned to avoid burnout; breaks are encouraged during extended service calls. Office and depot teams have safe workspaces. Support is available for personal or work‑related challenges. Wellbeing is treated as a daily priority.
Inclusion is deliberate. Hiring employs structured interviews and diverse panels to reduce bias. Equal pay for equal work is reviewed annually. Clear policies protect employees from discrimination and harassment. Diversity brings varied perspectives to problem‑solving—for example, improving ergonomics for seated dental procedures or designing controls operable with gloved hands. This makes our products better.
Our performance culture rests on three components:
The deepest recognition, however, is the knowledge that good work helps a clinician make the correct diagnosis and enables a patient to receive timely, effective treatment. This is the daily reality at MEENT.
