Since inception, we have maintained a lean yet rigorous governance structure. Shareholders appoint a Board of Directors responsible for strategic oversight. The Board brings together expertise in dental medicine, ophthalmic surgery, otolaryngology, audiology, biomedical engineering, and global regulatory affairs—ensuring that product decisions are grounded in clinical reality rather than commercial convenience.

The Board appoints executive officers to execute the strategic vision. Supporting them are internal groups, including a Clinical Safety and Technology Committee, which reviews device performance, image quality, acoustic calibration accuracy, and event reports, and a Risk and Compliance Panel, which manages regulatory changes, supplier audits, and field corrections. An independent Internal Audit team reports directly to the Audit Committee.

MEENT operates under a certified quality management system conforming to ISO 13485. Risk management follows ISO 14971, with particular attention to specialty‑care hazards: electrical safety, X‑ray radiation safety, laser safety in ophthalmic surgery, acoustic calibration accuracy, infection control in sterilisation, and overall device reliability. Registrations in China, the European Union, and other jurisdictions are maintained directly by MEENT. Regulatory changes are continuously monitored. Compliance is a daily discipline exercised through document control, training, and process consistency.
Because we control our technology and manufacturing, we also control supplier qualification. Our supplier audit programme includes annual on‑site assessments focusing on ISO 13485 and specialty‑care standards. No component enters a MEENT system without internal verification.
We work closely with dentists, oral surgeons, ophthalmologists, ENT specialists, audiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, administrators, engineers, distributors, regulators, employees, and manufacturing partners.
