About Us

Business Ethics

MEENT operates in a domain where integrity is not optional—it is the foundation of patient safety and professional trust. Our business ethics framework is simple, transparent, and non‑negotiable.

Since our founding, commercial practice has been based on lawful, fair, and honest conduct. Device specifications are never exaggerated; data is never altered. No bribes or improper payments are made to hospitals, clinics, distributors, or officials. Our ISO 13485‑based quality system maintains audit trails for all critical tests, including X‑ray exposure accuracy, optical calibration checks, acoustic output verification, and sterilisation cycle validation.

We have established a supplier code of conduct, a confidential reporting channel, and regular compliance training. These measures protect the company and the people it serves. Based in Shenzhen and working with partners across China, MEENT upholds the same ethical standards throughout the supply chain and customer network. Integrity is not a label—it is the basis for earning and keeping trust.

Integrity

For MEENT, integrity means doing what we say, even when no one is watching. We publish true imaging resolution, actual optical magnification, real acoustic calibration values, and genuine battery life. When asked whether a device is safe for a specific clinical application, we answer “yes” only after proof, and “no” when evidence is lacking. Integrity also entails respect for intellectual property—no copying of algorithms, no unlicensed software. Reputation is built through honest work.

Transparency

Documentation is clear and readable. Manuals use plain language; specification sheets use unambiguous metrics. Service manuals enable outside engineers to maintain our systems. Software updates include honest release notes on improvements and limitations. When a field correction is necessary, we issue a notice promptly. Transparency builds long‑term trust.

Fair Competition

We compete on accuracy, uptime, service, and value—never on false claims about competitors, predatory pricing, or exclusive dealing. We adhere to all fair competition laws. Fair competition drives innovation and improvement.

Compliance

Compliance is a daily practice. Our regulatory team tracks changes in major frameworks and trains teams accordingly. Design files, risk files, and post‑market reports are maintained rigorously. Compliance is indispensable in a field where diagnostic images and acoustic waveforms guide treatment decisions.

Human Rights

We respect human rights across our operations and partnerships. Our supplier code of conduct prohibits forced labour, child labour, and discrimination. Partners are expected to pay fair wages and maintain safe workplaces. We support this through on‑site visits and self‑declarations, with ongoing improvement as our objective.

Accountability

When mistakes occur, we own them. If a recall is necessary, we execute it swiftly and clearly. If a customer receives a faulty part, we replace it and investigate the root cause. Our partners are held to the same standard. No excuses, no deflection.
